Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Diploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration field
- 1–3 years of experience in the HVAC industry/field
- Valid driving license is an advantage
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment maintenance and repair practices in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Understanding of health, hazard, and safety procedures related to HVAC operations and MSDS sheets
- Knowledge of tools utilization and management
- Ability to prepare and file inspection and technical reports
- Understanding of quality management practices and company standards
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of:
- Metal sheet works
- Electrical systems
- Carpentry
- Building Automation Controls
- Follow standard operating procedures and written/oral instructions
- Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled time while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
- Update customers regarding work progress, outstanding issues, and recommendations
- Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S surveys, and daily timesheets
- Inspect HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Repair and replace defective components
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain maintenance and service records
- Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems
- Clean coils and blowers, check motors, and adjust belt tensions
- Prepare inspection reports, technical recommendations, and scope of work documentation
- Estimate labor hours and required materials
- Identify workplace hazards and apply appropriate safety measures
- Follow EH&S policies and procedures at all times
- Escalate technical or safety issues to supervisors when necessary
- Attend regular EH&S and technical training sessions
- Safely rig and set up gantries for lifting equipment, pumps, chillers, etc.
- Manage machinery tools, including pickup, delivery, usage, and inventory
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of an integrated team
- Work independently when required

- Reciprocating Chillers
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
