• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repairs.
• Perform body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and welding.

• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and with the highest level of quality.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair progress and address any concerns they have.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master in an auto body shop setting.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and measurements accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex repair processes to customers.
• Must have own tools.
