Site Supervisor Electrical

Plan and coordinate daily site activities in accordance with project schedules, read and interpret electrical drawings, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Supervise electrical construction crews, electricians, and subcontractors during installation activities.
• Oversee power distribution systems, cable pulling and termination, lighting systems, conduit works, panel installations, low‑voltage systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, and data communication networks.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate daily manpower allocation, resources, and work priorities to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and site activities, and report to the Site Engineer.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with the Site Engineer.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
• Verify the quantity and quality of delivered materials and equipment.
• Support cable routing inspections, equipment installation, electrical testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support quality control activities, including insulation testing, continuity testing, and installation verification.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical construction and site supervision.
• Experience in large‑scale commercial, retail, healthcare, residential, or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong background in supervising power distribution, lighting systems, cable installations, panel installations, and low‑voltage systems.
• Working at Height certification (if applicable).
• Good command of English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, panel schedules, and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, construction materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations, HSE requirements, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and Saudi Electrical Code.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical installation tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
