Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Machinist (electrical roll up doors, pumps and pneumatic valves.)

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 5 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in trouble‑shooting, analysing, repair and maintenance of different types of engine‑gas or diesel fuel driven machinery, which includes emergency generators, fire pumps and all kinds of vehicles.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 3 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in trouble shooting tear down, repair and reassembly alignments of all types of rotating equipment, valves actuators, meters and other mechanical equipment. Reading and understanding technical drawing would be beneficial.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 3 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in trouble shooting and repairing of all kinds of electrical roll up doors, pumps and pneumatic valves. Must be able to perform preventive maintenance such as lubrication, adjustment and repair of field equipment or major overhauls.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 3 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in construction, maintenance and repair of various pipes installations. Must have good knowledge in laying out, assembling installing and maintaining pipe systems, pipe supports and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  
  Must be familiar in using various types of tools and equipment for fabrication works like shears, brakes presses, forming roll , routers welding machine, saws pipe cutter , cutting torch , pipe cutting machines , threading machines , bending machines and others. Must have a good knowledge of fabrication/welding codes and standards. Must have good knowledge material specifications like carbon steel, PVC, CPVC pipes and fittings galvanized iron, stainless steel, aluminum and other metallic and non‑metallic materials.
  
  Reading and understanding technical drawing would be beneficial.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 5 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in the repair, maintenance, operation and installation of various types of pumps and related items., including a full understanding on FIRE Pumps Operations and trade standards. Special Requirements:
  Must have experience in the field of pump installations, repair and maintenance. Must be able to operate all kind of machine shop tools and equipment’s such as shaper, grinder , drill press , milling machine , lathe machine and shop measuring tools, Must be able fabricate Pumps pump parts such as shaft , bearing , pulley coupling , gears , glands and valve seats.
  
  Must have knowledge in calibration and alignment of all associated devices related to pumps. Must be able to repair and maintain Air Compressor being used in relation to the pumps operations and can manage pneumatic analysis and operations.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field. Shall have 5 years’ experience in related field. Must have experience in installation, maintenance and repair of chilled water and direct expansion HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Shall be able to read and understand equipment diagrams and maintenance manuals, knowledge of international HVAC codes and standards.
  
  Must have a good experience in AC ductwork installation, preventive maintenance (PM) of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, electrical and mechanical trouble shooting, welding and brazing of gas lines, and recharging refrigerant. Must also have knowledge of complex automated refrigeration equipment, including blood bank refrigeration in hospital facilities, as well as ice machines, walk‑in chillers, retail display chillers, and water coolers.
  
  Shall have a good knowledge of air distribution balancing in system ductwork, including fixed and variable volume dampers, together with digital temperature and environmental instrumentation controls and other associated devices.
• Must be a graduate of a vocational school and have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the repair of gas and diesel engines, generators and pumps of various types and sizes.
