FOREMAN, MASON

Job Purpose

Lead masons and helpers in the execution of all tile installation activities, sample mock up and professional tile training activities in Sales Technical department.

Leadership and Supervision:

• Lead and follow up with technician to manage daily tasks in a timely manner.
• To lead and check the professional tile installation tasks.
• Plan and guide technicians and helpers to finalize assigned tasks with professional finishing.
• Ensure lead helpers and assistants follow work instruction and guide them in a professional way.
• Read & plan chart clearly and explain to technician to execute accordingly.

Installation and Preparation:

• Prepare and provide professional mechanical installation tasks.
• Prepare substrate for installation in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate installation workshop and techniques.

Training and Development:

• Train and provide masons training workshop in tile installation techniques.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow healthy and safety procedures all the time.
• Check and report any malfunction or hazard in the work environment.

HR Proficiency:

• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

• Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
• Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

Problem-Solving:

• Assist to solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems.

Quality:

• Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.

• Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
