We are looking for a highly experienced Filipino HVAC Technician with advanced practical skills in HVAC cleaning, maintenance, diagnostics, and system servicing to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

• Advanced cleaning and full preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Complete servicing of indoor and outdoor units
• Performance optimization of AC systems after maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex airflow and cooling issues
• Ensuring systems operate at maximum efficiency and reliability
• Following strict safety standards and project requirements

• Split Air Conditioning Systems
• Central Air Conditioning Systems
• VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) / VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Systems
• Concealed / Ducted Split Systems (hidden ceiling systems)
• Cassette Type Units (4-way ceiling units)
• Package Units
• Window Air Conditioners
• Large-scale ducted HVAC systems

• Advanced Cleaning & System Restoration
• Full chemical deep cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils (restoration level)
• High-pressure cleaning with controlled fin protection techniques
• Full dismantling and reassembly of indoor fan coil units
• Blower wheel removal, balancing, and deep cleaning
• Drainage system pressure flushing and anti-blockage restoration
• Mold, bacteria, and odor elimination from HVAC systems
• Restoring airflow efficiency in poorly performing units

• Full dismantling and reinstallation of split and concealed units
• Precise alignment and leveling of indoor/outdoor units
• Advanced copper piping handling (bending, flaring, joining awareness)
• Thermal insulation installation for maximum efficiency
• Working on rooftop and high-rise installations safely
• Retrofit and replacement of HVAC components

• Diagnosing low cooling efficiency root causes
• Identifying refrigerant flow restriction symptoms (basic system behavior understanding)
• Detecting airflow imbalance in ducted systems
• Noise, vibration, and mechanical failure diagnosis
• Electrical performance checks (capacitors, contractors, sensors awareness)
• Post-maintenance performance testing and optimization
• Identifying system inefficiencies and corrective actions

• Professional use of pressure washer with coil protection techniques
• HVAC diagnostic tools handling (multimeter, gauges – advanced awareness)
• Safe handling of ladders, scaffolding, and rooftop access systems
• Precision cleaning tools for HVAC systems
• Safe chemical handling for coil treatment

• Full HVAC system performance inspection and reporting
• Predictive maintenance based on system condition
• Efficiency optimization of cooling output
• Airflow balancing support in ducted systems
• Long-term system reliability improvement practices

• Filipino nationality only
• Proven advanced HVAC field experience (not basic level)
• Strong background in AC cleaning, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in high-temperature field environments
• Physically fit, disciplined, and highly reliable
