The Greenskeeper is an essential member of the golf course maintenance team responsible for preserving the visual appeal and excellent playable conditions of the greens, fairways, tees, and bunkers. This role combines manual labor, landscape care, and the operation of specialized turf machinery to ensure a premier experience for golfers.

• Turf Care & Mowing
  :
  Operate walk‑behind and ride‑on mowers to precisely cut greens, fairways, tees, aprons, and rough areas according to strict course standards.
• Course Setup
  :
  Change hole locations on the greens, move tee markers to manage turf wear, empty course trash bins, and fill ball washers.
• Bunker & Hazard Maintenance
  :
  Rake sand bunkers by hand or using mechanical rakes to maintain level surfaces, trim bunker edges, and clear debris.
• Property Landscaping
  :
  Trim hedges, clear morning dew or fallen leaves, plant flowers, and manage weeds or brush around the course.
• Irrigation Support
  :
  Monitor turf moisture, assist with hand‑watering dry patches, and report or help repair broken irrigation lines.
• Turf Renovation
  :
  Assist in repairs by laying sod, spreading seed, aerating soil, and fixing divots or ball marks on the course.
• Equipment Maintenance
  :
  Perform basic cleaning, safety checks, and routine upkeep on tools and turf machinery before and after use.
• Policies & Procedures
  :
  Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in preparing accurate and timely installation reports to the RSG Procurement team to enable monitoring and progress of the overall FFE installation of the project in a zone‑wise manner.
• Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ):
  Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, high‑quality product and service delivery, and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Continuous Improvement
  :
  Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Chief of Staff Office systems, processes, and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Working Relationships
  :
  Internal – C3 Group as applicable, RSG client project team. External – Suppliers, Subcontractors as applicable, Operator, End User as applicable, Auditors.

• Previous experience in landscaping, farming, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• A valid driver's license is typically required to operate utility vehicles on the property.

• Schedule Flexibility
  :
  Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting at 5:00AM or 6:00AM, and mandatory rotating weekend shifts.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  Must be able to perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50lbs (23kg), and walk or stand for extended periods in all weather conditions—heat, rain, cold.
• Technical Ability
  :
  Ability to safely operate utility vehicles, golf carts, hand tools, power tools, and motorized lawn machinery.
