Mechanic Supervisor

As a Mechanic Supervisor, you play a vital leadership role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all mechanical systems across the hotel. You oversee and support the engineering team while ensuring that mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards.

In this role, you are responsible for supervising preventive maintenance programs, coordinating corrective repairs, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues. Your expertise allows you to guide the team in troubleshooting complex problems, implementing effective solutions, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Beyond systems, you ensure the upkeep and functionality of building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. You lead by example, maintaining a safe, well-functioning, and comfortable environment for guests and employees alike.

When specialized expertise is required, you assess technical needs and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Four Seasons standards.

Your contribution as a Mechanic Supervisor is essential to maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence, supporting smooth operations across all departments, and safeguarding the property’s valuable assets.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or general maintenance within a luxury, fast-paced environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Proven leadership, team supervision, and task coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field is an advantage.
• Good command of the English language.
