The HVAC CO-OP Training Program is a structured 6‑month development journey designed for Engineering students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real‑world application.

The program is delivered through progressive training phases, providing exposure to key functions including HVAC fundamentals, system design, field operations, maintenance, and commercial practices. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across different teams, supported by professional mentorship and real project involvement.

• Final‑year student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.
• The CO‑OP training must be part of the applicant’s graduation requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should hold Saudi nationality.

Participants will develop practical, job‑ready skills through hands‑on experience in HVAC systems, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. The program also provides exposure to real business operations and customer‑focused solutions, preparing trainees for future careers in the HVAC and engineering sectors.
