Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot audio, video and lighting equipment for live events, conferences and presentations to ensure seamless execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV systems—including projectors, sound consoles, microphones, and displays—to guarantee optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their AV needs and provide expert recommendations and technical solutions.
- Manage and configure complex AV systems—including video conferencing, digital signage, and integrated control systems.
- Install and maintain audio‑visual systems—including projectors, speakers, and display equipment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Industry‑recognized certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or Dante Certification.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in corporate, live events, or broadcast AV environments.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of audio consoles, video switchers, and lighting boards.
