Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems using appropriate tools and techniques while minimizing disruption to clients’ daily routines.
- Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures with precision, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to integrate plumbing systems correctly into new builds or renovations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in plumbing is a strong advantage.
- Valid plumber’s license and certification in relevant local plumbing codes and standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Familiarity with local plumbing regulations and building codes to ensure compliance in all work performed.
