• Troubleshooting machines/equipment malfunctions at field and workshop

• Troubleshoot and carry out routine Preventive Maintenance service on all types of equipment, as outlined in the Manuf. Service Manual or other published information in the workshop & in the field.
• Note and report all defects, damage, misuse, abuse or lack of maintenance on the equipment inspected in the field and the workshop.
• Performs troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, calibrations and replacement of equipment as necessary.
• Perform and provide technical support for installation and maintenance teams.
• Strictly follow safety rules and precautions to protect himself, the others and the equipment he works on.
• Establish a presentable image for both himself and the Company in front of Customers.
• Daily inspects equipment returned from rental to meet quality control standards for safe and efficient operation.
• Know about routine maintenance and repair procedures for all rental fleet units.

• Educational Qualifications and
  
  Certifications:
  
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant major
• Knowledge:
  Diesel Engines
  - Computers knowledge
  - Customer and Personal Service
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Diesel generators
  - Preventive maintenance
  - Contamination control
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Arabic is desirable. English is essential
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5-7 years of power generators Mechanical experience.
