- Conduct routine maintenance on electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in complex machinery, utilizing both electrical and mechanical expertise.
- Install, test, and validate new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing designs and enhance system efficiency.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities meticulously to maintain accurate service records.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software for precise analysis and resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols within the workspace.
- Educational background in electromechanical technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintains and repairs generator mechanical and electrical systems.
