Supervise and direct daily field operations ensuring all agricultural tasks are executed efficiently and according to plan
Manage and motivate a team of agricultural workers providing clear instructions training and performance feedback
Oversee the planting cultivation harvesting and maintenance of crops ensuring optimal yield and quality
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations in the field to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent education is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in agricultural operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of crop production cycles, soil management, pest and disease control, and irrigation techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and performing basic maintenance on various farm machinery and equipment.
