Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint issues efficiently
- Perform comprehensive repairs and replacements of A C components including compressors condensers evaporators and refrigerant lines ensuring optimal system performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment adhering to strict manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols to prolong equipment lifespan
- Lead and mentor junior technicians providing technical guidance training and support to foster their professional growth and development
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in HVAC/R preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as EPA Section 608, and other industry-recognized credentials.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R field, with a focus on commercial and residential systems.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance principles.
