Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Rabigh. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials according to specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include measuring, cutting, and assembling materials, performing framing and finish carpentry work, and using hand and power tools to complete projects accurately.
The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, collaborating with site supervisors and other trades, and ensuring work areas are kept safe and organized. The Carpenter is expected to meet project timelines while maintaining high workmanship quality and adherence to company safety and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with structural work and finish carpentry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of framing techniques and standards for construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements.
- Understanding of site safety practices and adherence to safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Carpenter in construction or general contracting environments.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and follow supervisor instructions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rabigh and adapt to project schedules.
