Role Overview:
The Service Engineer will perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot technical issues in the field, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
The role involves maintaining equipment performance, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, and wheel loaders. Diagnose technical issues efficiently and provide practical solutions. Deliver high-quality technical support and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular equipment performance checks and maintain accurate service records. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve technical challenges. Work in diverse and dynamic field environments, managing time and resources effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and field service of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, and wheel loaders. Proven track record in maintenance, repair, and technical support with high reliability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interactions. Ability to work independently in dynamic on-site environments. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Relevant technical certifications and practical familiarity with engineering machinery are an asset.
