Civil Technician

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field

2–5 years of experience in building and facility maintenance is preferred

• Perform civil maintenance works in buildings and facilities
• Carry out repair, patching, plastering, and restoration works
• Repair and replace floor tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and other finishes
• Repair cracks, damaged surfaces, and minor structural/civil defects
• Perform painting, putty, and wall-finishing works
• Repair doors, windows, and related civil works
• Carry out waterproofing and minor sealing works as required
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
• Inspect facilities and identify civil maintenance requirements
• Attend and complete maintenance work orders within the required timeframe
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Ensure the quality of completed maintenance works
• Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other maintenance teams when required
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition
• Report completed works, defects, and additional requirements to the supervisor
• Perform other duties related to civil maintenance as assigned by the supervisor
