- Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field
. - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant FM experience
, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities. - Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance
. - Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
. - Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently.
- Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM).
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, manuals, and technical documents
. - Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems for work orders and maintenance records.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and safe working practices
. - Ability to supervise and guide technicians and allocate daily tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns
. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials
. - GCC/Saudi FM experience will be an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred, if required for the position.
