Responsibilities
- Assess project sites meticulously identifying areas requiring waterproofing solutions and evaluating existing conditions for optimal application
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning repairing and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of waterproofing materials crucial for long-term performance
- Apply various waterproofing materials including membranes coatings and sealants with precision adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
- Install and maintain drainage systems such as French drains and weeping tiles to effectively manage water runoff and prevent water accumulation
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as waterproofing applicator certification, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the waterproofing industry, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Proven experience in construction or related field, highlighting familiarity with construction practices.
