We're looking for an Air Conditioning Technician to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As Air Conditioning Technician, you will ensure all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing the day to day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of engineering management. Continually works and support towards the improvement of engineering service to both guest and associates, in compliance with Fraser Suites Riyadh's standards.

Supporting the wider hotel team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split and window units, and refrigeration equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, and public areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve AC-related issues in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel facilities.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair work efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and disruption.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work using hotel reporting systems.
• Ensure that all systems operate at optimum performance levels while meeting safety, energy efficiency, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by monitoring system performance and reporting inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies, fire and life safety regulations, and local HVAC codes.
• Coordinate with front office and housekeeping to avoid guest inconvenience during AC repairs or maintenance.
• Support other engineering team members during emergency situations or large-scale repair projects.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of air conditioning systems. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring optimal comfort for clients. You enjoy working as part of a dedicated team that shares the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your hands‑on approach, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities are essential in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems.

If you are a skilled communicator and proactive troubleshooter, this role will help further develop these skills, ensuring clear communication between clients and management.
