Electrical Technician Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery production lines
• Inspect align and adjust strong shafts pulleys and belt tensions strong to ensure smooth operation
• Carry out strong oil replacement lubrication and greasing schedules strong for all rotating equipment
• Diagnose and repair strong electrical motor bearings strong couplings and drive assemblies
• Execute strong welding and fabrication work strong for frames guards and machine supports
• Maintain and repair strong pneumatic systems strong including valves actuators and air lines
• Perform strong plumbing works strong water steam compressed air lines as required for bakery equipment
• Support installation commissioning and modification of new bakery machines
• Ensure compliance with strong safety standards hygiene policies and food industry regulations strong
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs spare parts records and equipment history
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with industrial bakery or food processing equipment .
• Strong skills in mechanical repairs, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow maintenance schedules.
• Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
