About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing subfloors and installing various types of rubber flooring (Acrylic ,EPDM, S tiles, rolls, and poured-in-place rubber) for gyms, playgrounds, sports facilities, and commercial projects.
- Prepare and level subfloor surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) prior to installation.
- Accurately measure, cut, layout, and install rubber tiles, rolls, and gym flooring.
- Mix and apply adhesives, primers, and polyurethane binders according to technical specifications.
- Execute poured-in-place rubber surfacing for playgrounds and sports tracks when required.
- Ensure seamless finishing, precise alignment, and high-quality workmanship.
- Inspect completed installations for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Follow all on-site safety procedures and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Rubber Flooring Technician / Installer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with gym rubber flooring, playground surfacing, or athletic tracks.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, measuring techniques, and adhesive applications.
- Ability to handle installation tools and equipment efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Location: Candidates already residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
