Job details:
The job of a technician in elevator and escalator maintenance includes inspecting, maintaining, and repairing them.
The main tasks include:
- Conducting periodic inspections as part of preventive maintenance, and identifying damages and problems.
- Repairing and replacing damaged parts and testing equipment after repair.
- Disassemble equipment for upgrades, make necessary improvements, and reassemble it, providing replacement parts when needed.
- Document maintenance and repairs in designated logs.
- Compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
