Socket.dev is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to be the first point of contact for end-user IT issues. You will perform on-site hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, imaging, and setup of PCs and peripherals.
You must handle on-call duties after hours and weekends, travel to nearby sites as needed, and work from the office with no remote work option. Strong customer service and Windows OS proficiency are required.
