Overview
We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to provide exceptional urgent care services in multiple locations within a 60-mile radius. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-volume settings, managing all aspects of patient care independently while embodying a compassionate and team-oriented approach.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 12 months clinical experience treating adults and pediatrics (6 months+ pediatric care required)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system and the ability to navigate its features seamlessly
- Board certification in relevant family or emergency medicine fields (NCCPA, NC NP Boards, Family NP Certification)
- Valid BLS certification, PA Certification or Family NP Certification, and DEA license
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all ages (6 months and up)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent soft skills to ensure effective patient and staff interactions
- Capable of performing minor procedures including I&D, laceration repairs, ear irrigations, and other urgent care procedures
- Experience with minor procedures and urgent care-specific protocols
- Previous experience working with Epic EMR in an urgent care setting
- Ability to work independently as the sole provider in a center
- Flexibility to support multiple locations within a 60-mile radius
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
- Current board certification and state licensure in good standing
- At least 12 months of dedicated urgent care experience
- Must pass a clinical screening and complete Epic EMR training prior to first shift
- Availability for scheduled onboarding and training sessions on designated Wednesdays
- No travel reimbursement—is limited to mileage support only, with travel to multiple sites within support radius
- Commitment to ongoing credentialing, onboarding, and shift coverage
- No call requirements; supervision provided by offsite supervising physician for APPs
