Fast Med Urgent Care – North Carolina $95-$105/hr

Fast Med Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality care in a fast‑paced outpatient setting. Providers will manage a full spectrum of urgent care needs and work collaboratively with onsite clinical teams.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including history and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
• Order and interpret x‑rays, EKGs, and laboratory studies
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence‑based treatment plans
• Perform minor procedures: suturing, splinting, incision & drainage
• Educate patients on care plans and follow‑up
• Document all encounters in EPIC
• Collaborate with onsite physicians and clinical staff

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Active North Carolina license
• Board‑certified FNP (or equivalent for PAs)
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
