We are seeking experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to provide top-tier urgent care services across multiple community locations. This is an exceptional opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality healthcare to adults and pediatrics (6 months+). At our urgent care centers, you will manage a high volume of patients, perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation, and deliver comprehensive care for patients age 6 months and up. You will use Epic EMR systems with initial training, and bi-directional communication and teamwork are core values.

This role offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hr (note: this rate is for illustration, please confirm during application), with weekly pay via direct deposit, and additional benefits including medical coverage, licensure and certification reimbursements, and paid sick leave according to applicable laws.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience, current board certification (NCCPA, Family NP, or equivalent), BLS, NC DEA license, and proficiency in Epic. The ability to work independently as the sole provider at a center, excellent soft skills, and flexibility to support multiple sites within a 60-mile radius are essential. This role requires reliable credentialing, onboarding, and compliance with clinical standards, including passing a clinical screening and completing mandatory EMR training scheduled on Wednesdays.

Preferred candidates will bring strong communication skills, the capacity to handle diverse cases in urgent care settings, and a professional attitude aligned with our commitment to community health. Although travel reimbursement is limited to mileage, there are multiple flexible locations available, and candidates must be within reasonable proximity to support centers.
