• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Maintain current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
