• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Be customer‑service oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
