Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical Surgical

Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participate in the assessment of patients. Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attend educational programs and staff orientation which promote professional development. Develop leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participate in Service Excellence Program.

• LPN Diploma
• Active NC LPN License or compact state
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice.

Clinical Ladder Pay Range: $24.69 - $35.99. Final Compensation will be based on career ladder placement.
