You'll be stepping into a role with genuine autonomy, managing a team of 4-5, and playing a hands‑on part in troubleshooting, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Leading and developing your own team of 4-5 direct reports
- Hands‑on troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on plant equipment (conveyors, motors, hydraulic / pneumatic systems)
- Driving continuous improvement and maintenance projects
- Championing a strong safety culture across the team
- May include occasional weekend coverage
- Journeyman Electrician or Millwright background
- Proven supervisory / leadership experience within a maintenance setting
- Heavy industrial / heavy manufacturing background (steel, automotive, wood, paper)
