• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, analyzing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements to develop data-driven solutions that enhance profitability and align with strategic goals.
• Partner with Product Owners to conduct stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
• Serve as the liaison between business leaders and IT teams to translate goals into actionable, technical solutions.
• Monitor project health, manage scope, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with project and change management processes.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and backlog management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
