Responsibilities "Qualifications- 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Systems Development Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and product development processes
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies such as data analysis, use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing
- Solid grasp of web architecture and deployment support for development projects
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and agile tools like JIRA
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
