Job Description:We are seeking bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) Client Service Representatives to support a growing International Client Services team due to a surge in new clients from China. This role focuses on account onboarding, document translation, and client support for international clients interacting with the client's platform. Candidates will review and validate client-submitted documentation (e.g., passports, utility bills, bank statements), ensure accuracy of account information, and communicate with clients—primarily via email—to resolve discrepancies and gather additional details when needed.
This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service through empathy, clear communication, and ownership of client issues. Contractors will collaborate closely with account review and operations teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for long-term growth and conversion to full-time.
Contract:
6 month contract with extensions to hire
Schedule:
Monday through Friday -- 8am to 5pm or any 8-hour shift between 6 to 9pm
