Customer Service Representative

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract 12+ Months job with a client in Westlake TX 76262.

Rate Range
: $20/hour to $23/hour; on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Our Client Service & Support team plays a vital role in guiding clients toward their goals and delivering experiences that truly matter. As a Client Service Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients with questions and needs regarding their accounts to build and maintain client loyalty.

Our team provides expertise in a wide array of retail products and services such as IRAs and brokerage accounts.

• High volume call center experience
• Passion for service with strong client-focus and the desire to help people
• Strong communication with the ability to navigate multiple screens and resources to serve clients efficiently
• Understanding and responding to client needs with empathy.
• Problem‑solving with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to convey information clearly while building trust.
