At Global Executive, we are currently seeking a Senior Tax Analyst for one of our most important clients, is a global leader in data and software services, transforming every touchpoint of the vehicle lifecycle into a connected digital experience. With over 300 million transactions processed annually across 90+ countries, we are building a scalable, innovative, and data-driven future.
We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to support and strengthen our global corporate tax function. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is eager to take ownership of tax processes and deliverables.
You will play a key role in U.S. federal and state tax compliance, tax provision processes, and global tax initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support U.S. federal and state tax returns and related work papers
- Assist in the preparation of tax provisions (ASC 740), reconciliations, and audit support documentation
- Support transfer pricing activities and international tax matters
- Work with large datasets to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal teams
- Drive improvements in tax processes, automation, and efficiency
- Support global tax planning and ad-hoc tax projects
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate income tax (multinational company or public accounting firm preferred)
- Strong experience in:
- Tax compliance (federal & state)
- Tax provision processes (ASC 740)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with tax software and large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
- No visa sponsorship available
- Experience with One Source tax software
- Exposure to transfer pricing and international tax
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI)
- CPA or CPA-eligible
- Background in Big 4 or similar public accounting firms
