Job Title: Financial Analyst, Real Estate And Workplace Experience Finance Team

The Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team, playing a critical role in driving excellence. The analyst supports Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization in expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. This role is responsible for providing clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making for real‑estate operations.

- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 2 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in PowerBI and Anaplan
- Flexible, self‑motivated team player with a can‑do attitude bringing energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
- Thrives in a fast‑paced organization, prioritizes well under pressure, and takes ownership and accountability for work
- Strong project management skills driving simultaneous progress on multiple cross‑functional teams and initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem‑solving skills, end‑to‑end thinking, and application of these skills universally to work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points, and effectively communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive decision making
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Some roles and locations currently require 100% onsite presence; others require less. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
