We're hiring now — if you're an enrolled agent or CPA who wants to do more than file returns, this is your seat at the table.
Role Type:
Full-time. Salary: $120k - $250k.
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients
- Execute proactive tax planning strategies alongside senior advisors
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
- Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly AMAs
- Identify planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients
- Stay current on tax law changes and assess impact across the client base
- Active EA or CPA designation required
- 4+ years of tax experience, ideally with high-income individuals or small business owners
- Comfortable with complexity — S-corps, partnerships, real estate, investments
- Strong communicator who can translate tax strategy into plain language
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment
- Experience with oil & gas or investment structures a plus
