Senior Financial Analyst

• Maintain rolling P&L, Cap Ex, and headcount forecasts
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary
• Support the annual budget and long-range planning processes
• Build financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations
• Analyze revenue, margin, customer, product, and operating expense performance
• Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights
• Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and financial visibility across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related business field
• 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
• Experience with in consumer products, retail, or another product-based business
• Advanced Excel
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present a complete and concise financial story
