All stylists receive intensive training, attend regular seminars, are recertified annually, and are paid to attend continued education.
ResponsibilitiesProviding haircuts, color and highlights, waxing and specialty services using proprietary tools and techniques. Delivering exceptional guest service, providing quality consultations, completing transaction on the computerized register, performing close‑out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
Qualifications- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional guest service orientation and ability to perform consultations and services efficiently and professionally
- Administrative competency: completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close‑out procedures and light housekeeping duties
