We are looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for children and families across the DFW area. This role is a great fit for an OT who wants flexibility, meaningful pediatric work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact without being tied to a traditional clinic schedule.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in the home setting
- Support skill development related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, play, self-care, daily routines, and functional independence
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to help children achieve meaningful outcomes
- Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices when appropriate and train families on proper use in daily routines
- Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover between visits
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Home health experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families

$53,528 - $80,292 annual total cash target pay
$25.73 - $38.60 hourly rate
$30.88 - $46.32 per visit point
