The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner, unloading guests’ luggage, and rooming them in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. The agent also handles parking and retrieval of guest automobiles safely and efficiently, and provides directions and information on all hotel and area services.

• Act as the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing the hotel.
• Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges.
• Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available.
• Provide valet parking services to guests.
• Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry.
• Collect luggage and distribute on busy checkout days.
• Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests.

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Texas driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

$18 per hour
