Thisrole focusesondelivering anelevatedguestexperience throughorder-taking, food delivery, cleanliness, and communication with multiple park departments. This position is service-driven and guest-focused, with opportunities to earn tips.

• Greet Cabanaguestsandprovideattentive,personalized service.
• Takeandfulfillfoodandbeverageordersaccuratelyandefficiently.
• Deliver food,beverages,andsuppliestoassignedcabanas.
• Maintaincleanlinessandorganizationof cabanaareas.
• Communicateguestneeds,special requests,andserviceissueswith
  
  Food &Beverage and park leadership.
• Supportguestcelebrations,special events,andpremiumexperiences.
• Followproperfood safety,cash-handling(ifapplicable),andsanitationprocedures.
• Provideapositive,professional,and welcoming experienceforallguests.
• Performadditional dutiesasassignedbasedonoperationalneeds.

• Mustbeatleast
  15 yearsofage
• Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
• Commitmenttoexceptionalguestservice.
• Abilitytomultitaskinafast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; hospitality or wait-service experience preferred.
• Willingnesstocomplywithgroomingguidelines,foodsafetystandards, and employment policies.
• Abilitytosuccessfullycompleteallrequiredtrainingprograms.
