About the Role
The Overnight Front Office Agent provides friendly, efficient guest service by handling registration, guest settlement, and incoming and outgoing phone communications in a courteous and professional manner. The role also assists guests with front desk check‑in, luggage support, and general information while maintaining a positive and professional image.
Shift and SalaryFull‑time overnight shift. Full and weekend availability required.

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University - Pay rate: $18 per hour + $1 shift differential
- Greet guests and perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring accurate guest information, proper payment or credit authorization, fulfillment of special requests, and satisfactory guest experience.
- Answer and process all incoming, outgoing, guest, and in‑house calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and operations to respond effectively to guest questions and requests.
- Enter, monitor, and track maintenance service tickets to support timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and organize guest name badges for group arrivals.
- Assist with front desk operations and guest service needs, including guest check‑in support and the collection and distribution of guest luggage.
- Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.
- Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
- Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
