Badging Agent

Position Overview

The Badging Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience. The individual collaborates closely with Meeting Planners and Event Managers to address and resolve any badging inquiries.

• Accurately and efficiently print and assemble name badges for all guests.
• Effectively communicate to Meeting Planners and Event Managers when badging questions arise. Connect with Front Office leadership as needed.
• Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributing guest luggage.

• Strong administration skills required.
• Strong computer skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft products;
  Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams experience is desirable.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

• Fitness center, jogging trails and sports fields (available to associates).
• All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social‑type events.
• Located in Westlake, Texas – near Keller, Southlake and Roanoke.
• Managed by Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University.

$18 per hour.
