We are hiring a Level 3 Systems Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority on the team. This role is primarily hands‑on and focused on complex troubleshooting across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and Windows Server environments, while also contributing to structured project work. Ideal for a seasoned MSP engineer who enjoys being the go‑to escalation resource and shaping technical standards.
WhatYou Will Do
- Serve as top‑level escalation for Level 1 and Level 2 engineers
- Troubleshoot complex Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Configure Azure subscriptions, resource groups, virtual networking, and VMs
- Manage Conditional Access policies and MFA rollouts
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and VLANs (Sonic Wall, Fortinet, Ubiquiti)
- Support Hyper‑V environments and backup/DR systems
- Assist with SharePoint migrations, Azure deployments, and network upgrades
- Utilize Power Shell for automation and administration
- Maintain strong documentation and technical standards
- 3–5+ years of MSP experience
- Strong Azure troubleshooting and deployment experience
- Experience with Conditional Access and identity security controls
- Advanced networking and firewall configuration skills
- At least one Microsoft or security certification (AZ‑104, MD‑102, MS‑700, Security+, etc.)
