This individual is the primary communication link between the technical team and the end-users. They are responsible for creating a variety of training materials and ensuring that users of all generations and technical skill levels are well-equipped to utilize the standardized workflows and integrated tools.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials in various formats to cater to different learning styles (e.g., detailed written guides, quick-reference cards, interactive e-learning modules, and video tutorials).
? Create clear and concise documentation for all standardized workflows, processes, and integrations with n8n, Gemini, Google Workspace, and Slack.
? Deliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to new and existing users, adapting the style to the audience.
? Train users on advanced Jira capabilities, including JQL, reporting, dashboards, bulk imports, and bulk changes.
? Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training materials and processes.
Required Skills:
? Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio of clear and concise documentation.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
? Experience creating training materials for diverse, multi-generational audiences.
? Familiarity with Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace for communication and collaboration.
? Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies like n8n and AI tools like Gemini.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
