A.I. Systems Analyst (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) W2 Only
Required Skills:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst with strong interview, requirements gathering, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML concepts and predictive modeling, or a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to define current states, drive future state requirements, and translate them into actionable designs
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse business channels in a consultative manner
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML development processes or frameworks
- Knowledge of AI standards, tools, and best practices
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exposure to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, ERISA, or other regulatory environments related to finance
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- Relevant certification or ongoing education in AI/ML topics
- Experience supporting or working within an AI‑focused team or CoE environment
