About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP and Applications Specialist to work on the strategy, development, and support of our ERP and enterprise applications with a primary focus on Epicor ERP. The role requires strong expertise in ERP systems, IT applications knowledge, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, driving improvements and delivering value through effective use of ERP systems as well as hands‑on ERP technical and functional support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Epicor ERP across the organization.
  • Maintain ERP application, overseeing the support and update of data, modules, and interfaces.
  • Work on design, development, and deployment of ERP customizations and enhancements to align with business needs.
  • Drive ERP upgrades, patches, and performance tuning in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to perform discovery sessions and identify process improvement opportunities through ERP functionalities.
  • Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop reporting and analytics capabilities within Epicor to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Manage and maintain interfaces between Epicor ERP and other business applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, workflow automation, and seamless integration across systems.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement new application integrations as needed.
  • Work as part of the ERP and applications support team, providing support and technical as well as functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and Epicor support for issue resolution and project delivery.
  • Work on governance for ERP usage, change management, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Epicor ERP (including modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic or cloud migrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, reporting tools, and BI platforms a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation application with a preference on One Stream.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP customizations, interfaces, and third‑party integrations.
  • Excellent understanding of Epicor modules and workflows to support business process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills with experience working on ERP‑related initiatives.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
